Dining Room and Meals

Our Dining Rooms Include

  • Seating for up to 200 at Maria Stein and up to 120 in Montezuma
  • Buffet, self-serve style dining
  • Home cooked meals made fresh, on site each day
  • Snack and beverage vending available
  • Everything is included: meals, drinks, desserts, and more.
  • Coffee & Beverage Bar in Maria Stein – 24/7

Meals Served at the Following Times

  • Breakfast – 8:30 a.m.
  • Lunch – 12:00 noon
  • Dinner – 5:30 p.m.

Available at all times:

  • Soda
  • Fruit
  • Snacks
  • Hot water for tea
  • Coffee
  • Hot chocolate

Menu Options and Pricing

Meal prices range between $11 and $13 per person

Below are examples of items that are regularly served at our meals.

Menu’s are established by the Retreat Center staff one month in advance based on the number of guests at each meal. Minimum of 10 people for meal service. The staff strives to accommodate special dietary needs whenever possible, so please inform us in advance of any dietary restrictions and allergens by listing them in the Retreat Manager Portal. Please contact a staff person for more information.

Breakfast Sample Menu

Typical Breakfast menu:

  • Egg (scrambled or fried)
  • Meat (bacon or sausage)

  • Cinnamon Rolls, Berry Tarts, Muffins, Scones
  • French Toast Casserole

Typical Lunch menu:

  • 2 Soups
  • Sandwich or wrap
  • Chips, Pretzels, or Sun Chips
  • Veggie Tray with Crackers and Hummus
  • Pasta or Macaroni Salad
  • Fresh Fruit Tray
  • Salad (Salad bar served for groups of 10 or more)
  • Dessert
  • Beverages

Typical Entrees include one of the following:

  • Grilled Chicken or Pork Chops
  • Meatloaf
  • Spaghetti & Meatballs
  • Lasagna & Veggie Lasagna
  • Chicken Alfredo with fettuccini
  • Asian Chicken with rice, potstickers, egg rolls, veggies
  • Burrito Bowls or Walking Tacos

Salad bar served for groups of 10 or more at lunch and dinner
