Features of our “at the Lake” facility

Located in Montezuma, OH

Located near the beautiful Grand Lake, discovering God in nature is easy. Situated on 5 acres there are walking paths that include a Rosary walk, outdoor Stations of the Cross, and many inspiring statues that are perfect places to stop and pray. A 25’ tall cross overlooks the property, the community park and Our Lady of Guadalupe Church located next door. Across the road is access to the walking path / bike trail that leads to Grand Lake and Windy Point State Park.

Meeting Rooms & Features

  • The four seasons room features a fireplace and large screen TV
  • 3 large meeting rooms can be set up with tables and chairs to accommodate up to 75 people each
  • All meeting rooms have large screen Smart TVs that connect via HDMI
  • Multiple places for break out sessions
  • Large dining room that seats up to 100 people
  • Large Chapel that seats up to 120 people

  • Blessed Sacrament is always reserved in tabernacle
  • Seasonal Missalettes (World Library Press) are available
  • All supplies needed for a Catholic Mass are available
  • Reconciliation space available for confessions
  • Piano/sound systems with Bluetooth capabilities available for use.

Gymnasium

  • A multi-functional space, the gym handles large group sessions as well as providing basketball, volleyball, and pickleball courts
  • A large Stage at the north end of the gym features a retractable screen with a rear projection system, perfect for movie night
  • The audio system in the gym can also be set up to broadcast in the four-seasons room

Private Rooms

  • 6 private bedrooms with private bathrooms/showers
    • Room #1: 1 Full and 1 Twin bed
    • Room #2: 2 Full size beds
    • Room #3: 1 Full and 1 Twin bed (ADA Compliant)
    • Room #4: 2 Full size beds
    • Room #5: 1 Twin bed
    • Room #6: 2 Twin beds
  • All towels and linens are provided
  • Shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner are provided in the showers

Dorm Rooms

  • 50 beds in two separate rooms
    • Dorm A: 29 Beds
    • Dorm B: 21 Beds
  • 6 showers & bathrooms in 2 separate areas for privacy
  • All bed linens are provided. Guests must provide their own towel
  • Shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner are provided in the showers
