Beautifully set in rural western Ohio, and located near the ‘Maria Stein Shrine of the Holy Relics’, and on the Ohio Scenic Byway ‘Land of the Cross-Tipped Churches’. Find peace on the 87 acres of wooded paths, ideal for personal reflection and for spending free time between retreat sessions.
Features of the facility
73 guest rooms include 60 private rooms, 5 semi-private rooms, and 8 Jack & Jill rooms
3 dormitory rooms accommodate 40 guests. Dorm A has 9 beds, Dorm B has 11 beds, and Dorm C has 20 beds
The Multi-Purpose room and 6 large meeting rooms are versatile spaces that can be customized to suit your needs
9 small rooms for group breakout sessions, and Montini Hall recreation room for downtime between sessions and evening fun
The entire building is air-conditioned. Elevators provide access to both levels. All private rooms are accessible to people with disabilities, and bathrooms have grab bars. An ADA-approved bathroom facility is available on the main floor

Our “at the Lake” Retreat Center is an ideal setting for quiet prayer, strengthening your relationship with God, rediscovering yourself, and gaining a new perspective.
When staying at the Lake retreat center in the village of Montezuma, near the beautiful Grand Lake, it’s easy to find God in nature. Opened in 2018, the center is situated on 5 acres of green space, with easy access to a community park and Windy Point State Park. We are near the walking path and bike trail that leads to Grand Lake St. Mary’s and Windy Point State Park.

6 private guest rooms and 2 dormitory rooms that accommodate 50 guests. Dorm A has 29 beds, and Dorm B has 21 beds
The full-size gym is designed for presentations, featuring a retractable projector screen and an impressive rear-projection AV system. It comfortably hosts large group sessions and offers courts for basketball, volleyball, and pickleball
The Four Seasons room boasts a charming fireplace and a large-screen TV, creating a welcoming atmosphere. It is highly adaptable to meet your specific requirements
3 large meeting rooms, each comfortably accommodating up to 75 individuals, with flexible arrangements tailored to your needs
The entire building is air-conditioned. This is a single-story, handicap-friendly facility with an ADA-approved bathroom
